What another lovely day. it was a year of our lives in the Namibian desert. We had the most amazing crew, it was an incredible experience. Mad Max could be horribly prophetic if we're not kinder to each other and we don't stop polluting our atmosphere.
It is Jenny Beavan's second Oscar - she previously won in 1987 for A Room with a View.
