A 23-year-old woman has been caught smuggling meth-filled burritos over the US-Mexico border, officials say.
US Customs and Border Protection officials say the woman was detained in the Arizona town of Nogales last Saturday.
Officers stopped her for inspection after she crossed a pedestrian gate, claiming to have a bag of burritos.
But the tortillas contained none of the usual fillings of ground beef, refried beans and grated cheese.
A narcotics canine led officers to discover that the snacks instead hid in excess of 1lb of meth, worth more than $3,000.
