Boris Poised To Declare If He's 'In' Or 'Out'

Boris Johnson is today expected finally to declare which side he will be supporting over Europe, ending months of prevarication.
The Mayor of London and MP, who also sits in Cabinet meetings, is the last major politician to announce his voting intentions after David Cameron fired the starting gun on the in-out referendum, to be held on 23 June.
His decision is being seen as a potential game-changer, as the popular figure could woo voters to whichever side he picks.
This morning the PM will set out his arguments for Britain remaining in the EU in a television interview.

He will then use a speech in Parliament on Monday to explain the detail of the "special status" he says he won for Britain after marathon negotiations in Brussels last week.
Mr Johnson is expected to announce which side he supports in his regular Monday column in The Daily Telegraph - first details of which are likely to emerge this evening.
Anticipation about his announcement has grown, with the Mail On Sunday publishing photos of Mr Johnson holding a meeting with Michael Gove - the biggest name yet to oppose the PM in saying he believes the UK should leave the EU.
Earlier, Mr Cameron fired the first salvo in his crusade to keep Britain in the EU, by claiming the flow of migrants into the UK would not be halted if Britain voted to leave.
So far, Home Secretary Theresa May has confirmed she will back Mr Cameron and join the Remain camp, as have other high-profile ministers, such as Chancellor George Osborne, Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond, Defence Secretary Michael Fallon and Transport Secretary Patrick McLoughlin.
Meanwhile, UKIP leader Nigel Farage declared the European Union was like a "burning building" in a state of "permanent, perpetual crisis".
A poll of 1,004 people for the Mail on Sunday suggests the Remain camp has a 15-point lead over the Leave camp.
